Electric winch for trailer

I'm looking at installing either a Powerwinch or Rule electric winch on my trailer. Pulling a 23 Mako that weighs around 5500 lbs. . Anyone have experience with either brand. Problems or comments? Thanks Jim

I had a 912 Powerwinch for 9 years pulling my 21 Striper w/a and never had a problem, BUT the key to that was MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE!* The only thing I had to replace was a plug and a winch cable.*

I've got the Powerwinch T4000. My boat is kept in a slip year round, so I only use it for haul outs for maintenance, but it works great when I do use it. My boat weighs in at about 6,000.
