Default F250 Yamaha Question

From what I can see there are a total of 3 fuel filters.

From the tank there is the 10 micron filter, then the clear water sep. / filter under the cowling, and then the small in-line "two titted" one.

First: Is that correct, or are there more?
Second: Part of the tech manual says to change the "two-titted" one (I can get a part number if need-be, but seems to me that something would have get past the 10 micron and the clear one first...

Basically, @ 90 hours... which should I be changing...

Boat mounted filter
Primary engine filter
In line "F" filter between the lift pump and VST
Filter on the VST high pressure pump
Filter at the inlet of each fuel injector

The ones that are generally user serviceable are the first three.
