Get a buddy and a garden hose. You hang out inside and look for water coming in. He starts low and works his way up and around the outside.
If it is the window itself, probably re-do the weather seal or replace. If it is the frame or coming from between the frame and boat, then maybe you can remove and re-seal.

Just try not to be the guy who smears ever larger tracks of caulking around all the openings of his boat. If it's leaking, you should remove it, clean up all the old caulk or sealer, and reinstall it, sealing it properly.

haha, no im very anal on things. some off the caulking on the deck for my access panels are off white now instead of white so i want to recock them just because of that. stuff like that aggravates the crap out of me. i could never smear caulking and call it done.
I can tell you exactly what it is, had this problem on a 31 proline express. It is the caulking on the outside of the window that seals it to the inside. Remove the exterior bezel and interior screws that hold the window in place. Carefully use a thin putty knife or the equivalent to press away the interior vinyl from the window (failure to do this will result in ripped vinyl). Remove window, clean old caulk, tape off the area and the window, apply caulk, install window and apply more caulk to the exterior to provide a good seal. Wear latex or nitrile gloves as 4200 will not come off your skin. Smear the bead with your finger, remove the tape, reinstall interior screws then exterior bezel. Simple as that, it really is a straight forward process and this is definately your problem, whew.
I chased a couple of leaks on my walk around, it was very aggravating, you may have more than 1 leak
Here are some things to check:
1st problem i found- If you have sliding windows there should be drain holes on the outside of the track, if these are clogged the track will fill up with water and leak into the inside.
2nd problem was the hatch on the top of the cabin, removed it and re bedded with new caulk
3rd problem was the bow rail support flanges, re bedded those
4th and final problem was the where the windshield mounted to the top of the cabin, I removed all the mounting screws and was able to lift the windshield enough to clean the bottom and rebed it, also look for clogged weep holes here, I also dipped the screws in 5200 before I replaced them and put a blob over the head of each screw (they are hidden by the plastic insert that goes in the track).
After rereading your original post, if it is wet all around the sides my first guess would be the bow rail flanges.

What is that sucking sound?
Cold weather down there? It could actuaqlly be condensation. Before you tear things apart, try standing the cushions on edge so that there is air flow around them.
Dry everything out and see what happens.
