This issue has completely consumed me for 4 weeks and I can't see myself trying to take on this matter for 4 months by myself. I've had enough. I have lawyered up. Through the advice of my legal counsel I will no longer be posting anymore on this matter. Thanks for all your support and please remember my story. I will continue reading all your posts and at the end of litigation i will post the outcome.

ya know this just plain sucks for vietcong - I would just as pised as he is . now there are always 3 sides to a storey (not 2) his, m ine and the truth . but come on 20 hrs on the motor ,parts back ordered ,dealer (no help) suzuki needs to send this guy a new motor pronto and pay for it to be installed like now. the dealer should not eat this cost and vietcong should be out fishin in 2 weeks. if I ran my business like this I would have been out of business in 2 years now going on 28 years . I personally have heard good things about them and know a charter captain that basicly never shuts his off unless he needs to change the oil but you wont see a suzi on my boat

Well, I hope it all works out for you. I read all your posts again. I still find it interesting that you say "the dealer did nothing for you". It is probably best that you quit posting because all this will be available for the defence attorneys as well as yours. It boggles my mind that Suzuki would let it get so out of hand. It boggles my mind that this thread has put people off Suzuki Motors (which you intended of course) I hope you get everything you have coming to you as promised by your warranty etc.

You would think they could scrounge a motor up for you. But I will say, I did have to wait about 6 weeks for mine.

AND- its VIETCONG (National Liberation Front)

Since the OP has said the has "lawyered up", I am freezing the thread at this point. He's indicated that he is through posting on the subject, so we'll all have to wait to see what happens and how quickly it gets resolved through legal channels.
