Random Quote: I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person!
Wife and I were eating at the floating Thai restaurant when it came in. No space available at the floating pier by the ramp in Garrison Bight, so they nosed in between the restaurant and live-aboard docks. Only problem was that the space was probably only 50 feet -- one of the guys had to jump on the stern and push aft quarter off piling with his feet! Almost a nasty blemish in that pretty hull.
Being an ex-Homeland boat would explain the hard-top out to the gunnels, not the first choice of most fishermen. Of course, it's large enough to have great space both forward and aft for fishing, etc.

Yeah you'll never see a fishing rod on that particular boat. He uses it for poker runs.
Ran yesterday from KW back to Marco and then on to Fort Myers.
3' head sea with 15 knot winds at 40- 45 MPH it was around 1.2 MPG and never less than 1.0 MPG.
On the way from MIA to KW (I was the 55 MPH group pace boat) with 7 people and 200 gal on the inside at 57 MPH it was 57 GPH by slowing to 54 MPH it dropped to 47 GPH.
On flat water in the 40-50 MPH I've seen 1.5 to 1.6 MPG.
One of the owners of Nor-Tech used to live right next door to me. Some of the boats he brought home would literally shake my house when he would fire them up!
I really do miss seeing them. One of these days I'll get over to the factory for a tour.
Jeff, Terry: Thanks for posting the pictures of this beautiful boat. It's so well done (just like all of your products) Can you post the HEAD and CABIN please?
Here's some fuel burn info.
It says 89 gallons on board but it's actually 150. This system requires that you enter the amount on the gps when you put fuel in the boat.
We missed 60 gallons. I know this because after the run I topped it off.

Head,
The vinyl curtain on the left zips out for access to all of the dash wiring.
Stereo amps are mounted behind the mesh next to the mirror.
