Yamaha Outboard Diagnostic Equipment

I have the Yamaha Diagnostic Harness and 2003 Software CD (original, not a copy) for Yamaha outboards and powersports equipment. I no longer need this and am looking to get rid of it. Could be of use to someone either owning an outboard or powersports service shop or the "do-it-yourself"er. Anyone know where to post this for sale? Or is anyone here interested?

I'm really just looking to take offers, not really knowing what its worth. I bought for cost from a buddy who was a Yamaha Tech at a Yamaha Dealer. Cost was somewhere over $350, at least that's what I was told. Any ideas? I'm open.

I'm interesed. I have two boats with Yamahas. One has 2001 twin HPDI 150s and the other a 2001 F100. Do the software and harness work for both?

texduck88 - I believe the software will work for both. I did more F225s and 150HPDIs and 200HPDIs than anything. But from what I recall, it was great for diagnosing the HPDI models, and worked just the same on four-strokes which I believe includes all four-stroke models from either the F100 or F115 and above. I just called a local Yamaha Outboard dealer and they said it works on both.

What version software? 1.????????

That year software* will work on all HPDI models except the new 300. It will also work on all Yamaha 4-strokes F115hp and above but not the new F150. The F100 is not ECU controlled so it will not work on it as well.

You would have to get the 2004 version to get the HPDI 300 and the F150 diagnostics.
