is that dive ladder one of those that you throw over the side and it hangs onto the gunnel? Not that it would do any good but transom door? at least a side door? Very cool boat when in doubt go faster.

Custom ladder made on site. I talked to the guy and he helped me get it the right length. It mounts into two vertical rod holders. The braces are thick and strong, and the feet have rubber stoppers that rest on two pieces of 3M film to protect the side. Wylie is not into side mounted doors, I asked him about them specifically. The ladder makes a tremendous difference, I LOVE it.
Does it float? My buddy had one not quite as nice and hes lost it 3 times because it gets knocked off and floats away or he forgets to put it in the boat when taking off again.

On your U roll up panel on your enclosure. I recommend you go to a fabric store and get some Felt and cut it to the U shape...when you roll up the glass roll the felt up in it....keeps it from getting those tiny scrathes caused by the eisien rubbing against it sell and keeps it clear. Do it on your other pieces too...we had a 5 piece before and this gave us years of crystal clear eisien glass.

Thanks for the suggestion makes sense, I'll add that to my list of 21 other punch list items.....
what is the purpose of the longitudinal tube mounted on the undersurface of the hardtop?
Nice dive ladder, give us a report once you use it w. tanks. W/ the quads, is there any room to use the transom door for getting in/out of the boat?
Their is a transom door, and a rear mounted pull out ladder, but with the quads, I would have a very difficult time getting in without causing damage to me or the engines. The ladder should work well. I'll let you know.
So far as the longitudinal tube, that is part of a pull out sunshade that gives another 20-25 square foot of shade over the fishing area.
that pull out sunshade is a great idea.......where is that pic? I cant see it.
Their isn't one specifically of the whole shade, in the pic above the ladder, it is the long tube that runs all the way off the pic, between the outrigger handle and the diagonal hangar for the isinglass. Next time I put it up I'll snap a shot.
I opted for the roof rather than the tower. It was more important to me to protect the boat rather than have a tower for the few times per year I troll.
I like the isinglass, I like how you can unzip the front and have no windshield at all in the summer. That would also work great at night, unzip the front to get rid of all glares. Did you also have side pieces that attached to the side of the boat?

I do, and I took pictures of it but I bumped my camera and they are in RAW format. PM me your email and I will send them to you.
What does Wylie have against the side door? Seems like it would be perfect for that boat. Lot's of manufactures showed side doors at FTL show.
Are those just straight aluminum bunks or are they notched for the steps? If straight, that's going to be a huge stress on the edges of the steps. No give in the AL vs wood bunks.

Not sure about side door, you would have to ask him. The bunks were custom built using YF specs by the lift manufacturer.
that thing looks huge out of the water and i agree with you on the tower, i would rather my boat to last and look good rather than have a tower on it and only use it 2 times out of the year
