32 Reg is pretty much the driest CC I've had experience with.

Aside from the occasional sneeze the 33 World Cat simply will not throw spray or bury the bow. I still have not found a Mono Hull that can keep me dry when the wind blows although some do better than others.

24' Novurania w/F225 single
If you count the engine it would make your 26' criteria.
The only way you could get wet on that boat was if it was raining.
It was only 2' above the water.

Ditto. Has to be a significant wind in a quartering sea with good size waves before I see a drop of water on the windshield.

I would love to get one of these classic 27' whalers with the whaler drive, but they are hard to come by in decent shape and price. How about the ride on them? I've never been on that big a whaler. There is a 27' Offshore nearby that is SWEEEEEEEEET.

I have to say my Glacier Bay pilot house is the driest ride I have been on next to the Carnival cruise ships. Pilot house boats are probably not what this topic is about though. I was just on a freeman 33 CC and it was pretty dry though the conditions were pretty calm..

Small boat class the 27 Fountain CC. Two foot chop with ten people last week and we stayed powder dry. The K planes help a ton.

Of course the 42 Yellowfin seems very dry at 63 kntots...

There is a 27' Offshore on one of the websites for $29,000 which is a good price for that hull! The Offshores did not come with the Whaler Drive option. This is why I took mine (that I found for a real deal) and cut the cabin off and converted to a single level deck all the way around a center console...like a Guardian which again does not come with the option of the Whaler Drive. They are not fast hulls, but the dryest/stablest fishing platforms out there!

Some cats sneeze more than others but none I've been on thow any spray at all. They are very dry boats. I love my 2680 for that reason as well.

The older Sea Cats and the 26 Twin Vees can bury the bows trolling into a head sea but speed up and they are great.

I used to own an Boston Whaler 27 Full Cabin with the Whaler Drive. Amazingly dry boat, but the pounding was pretty bad once the seas got to 2 feet or so. I replaced it with a 29 Blackfin and the improvement in the ride was massive; felt like a 10 foot larger boat. It was somewhat wetter, but the Blackfin was a flybridge boat, so you were up high enough that it didn't matter much.

Those full cabins were bow heavy!

The 2006 Mako 284 that I had was an incredibly stable, dry boat. It was of the driest CC's I have ever been on

For a very small boat, the little 23' Concept I owned was pretty dry. It was real narrow adn had a little reverse chine. It just didnt throw much spray. It was kind of like driving around in one sponson of a World Cat
