Depends on where you boat.. I can do that in a 28 70-80% of fishing days in S. Fl

A little off topic from the post, but TBgame, what are the #'s on the SV 39 with the Yami's?

The 350 yammies bridge any speed difference among these hulls. If you look at all the perf. sheets and ride them you will see that a tiple powered 36yf, 40sh, 39venture, 36 yf ect.. all top out around 68-70mph. so go for the best build, best finished, best layout or whatever tickles your fancy when buying a new boat.

I second that about Chris, he's a real nice guy. I bought 2 Jupiters from him and will buy another boat from him in the future, obviously we know which brand next. He will have some great ideas to bring to the table at Venture so keep on the look out for some new innovative stuff on the way!

I'm not sure how this turned into a battle between two posters, but it did. The offending posts have been deleted and both participants should take heed of the problem. This is not the Bilge.

I just went back to the 36 YF. I found a pretty good buy on a 09.The 38 Jupiter is a nice boat and there is a good Jupiter just down the street I might give that a try next time. Thanks guys for the insight that was shared here. I tow the boats a little and the 39 Venture seemed a little tough to tow!
