it's a bad a** Boat !!! Very nice. Best bang for your buck. Any questions you have about this boat, let me know. and just to let you know. I have no affiliation with Key west. I got this photo off thier website. I have a key west and have had it in some pretty harsh conditions. I have this same model. and have been in 6 foot swells in the Gulf. not fun. my next boat is the 26'cc Key west.

I'm not sure what this picture is supposed to show.

I bet the US Coast Guard decal that states the max motor size, also states a max of 7 people.

I looked long and hard at these last year. Nice boat with good fit and finish. Stepped hull gives a nice ride.

My reasons for not buying are: the bow platform is too high (4 inches below rail) for my children to safely ride on and, surprisingly little room in stern behind the leaning post. Just no fishing room.

I had this boat and it was a great boat. One of the reasons we actuall bought it was because of the high bow. (my wife liked it the best of all the 21's because it had more lay out room). It did have little room behind the leaning post but did have good seat cushions and options. To me, it seemed to have lower sides than the other boats out there making it look smaller than the competition (i.e. the Sea Hunt, or Sea Pro). The boat did ride good with the Suzuki 175 and max speed was 44-45mph. All around good boat.

Hull rides very well. Not a ton of room in the back of the boat, but there is enough to maneuver around with two fish on. F225 on the back and top speed is around 44-45 loaded with gear, fuel, and 3 people. 50 when the boat is light.

211 in my opinion is better suited for salt water or big body of water than the 2020

We have a 2020DC that we use 50/50 fresh water/ gulf and for fishing & water sport. Works out great for our needs, but I'm sure I would love the extra size of 211 or 225 especially when going out in the Gulf fishing.

Thanks Wildspeed. Do you know if a trolling motor would be an option on the 211? What size motor do you have on your 2020DC? Is that the same hull as the 2020CC? If so what types of water sports do you use the boat for and how does it perform? thanks!

Been fishing my 211 CC since 2008 with a Yam 225. Boat rides very well in short 2-3 chop. Don't be afraid to try and get on top of it. The stepped hull really gives a good ride. Can be wet at times, but its 21 ft. Get some curtains if it bothers you. Storage is decent, and as far as room for fighting fish, I've never had a problem having two on at a time. Usually stay on knees when climbing on the raised bow portion. I think they could have brought the livewell a little higher up to add some capacity, and my high speed pickup isn't worth a damn for the livewell. They made the new ones larger starting in 2009 I believe. I was down at the factory a month ago getting my TTop fixed and got to see the new ones coming off the line. The new non-skid looks great, and would be easy to clean. The black caulking looks ok, but at least you don't have to worry about mold showing up on it. Tom at Key West showed me around, and we discussed the new 26 that he is currently in the process of designing. It's a great boat for the money, definitely give it a serious look.

I don't think you can easily mount a trolling on the 211 with a beam of 8.6.
the 2020 come prewire for one, but you need to have the low bow rail to be able to install one.

I don't know if it's important to you, but the 211 can have a portable toilet/small changing space, not available on the 2020

The 2020 ( DC, WA, & CC) have all the same hull

I have a 2001 with a yami 150 2 stroke carburated, wot is 42 fully loaded, 45 average load with a 18 pitch, GPH ???,
tubing, sking ( bi & slalom), kneebording... get the ski pole if you can, mine didn't come with it and the back hooks are low on the transom, I would get the trim tab also.
