I've been looking at them too. They're certainly not bay boats, but I sea trialed one in a little chop, and it was like any other flats boat I've been on, kinda uncomfortable, but not too bad.
I really like the 190, a lot more than some other flats boats of comparable size. It's got some great features, and the fit and finish (like all new Scouts) is some of the best. At this point I think that's the one I'm going to go with when it comes time to buy.
