Question Objective Side-by-side comparison of underwater / transom lights

There are a lot of new underwater lights on the market, and everyone seems to be looking for some definitive way to tell which ones are brightest and most effective.

I am planning to do an in-water comparison of some lights. We'll do an "under $500" category and an "under $1,000" category. We'll test products from Ocean LED amphibians, Abyss, maybe fish glow...
What other lights (brand and model) would you like to see compared?

Thanks!!

I mounted blue ocean LED's - 3 A6'd in blue - good spread 8 foot behind boat and 1.5 amp per hour total so you can burn them all night if you want....

I would be happy to participate in the comparison. I have then in the under $500.00 (price is $190.00) range and under $100.00 (price is $99.00) range.

I will even loan you a couple or sell you a set at a nice discount if you plan to buy them.
Shoot me an IM or an email when you're ready.

Thanks Guys!

I'll definitely include the Coastal Lights. I see that many people seem to like them. Chris - I'll be in touch. Thanks!

I know they sell a lot of those amphibians so we'll include those also. Any others?

John

ShadowCaster. Not sure which category they're in.

And maybe Aqualuma as well.

Those are the two brands I have so I'm throwing them out there out of sheer curiousity in how they stack up.

I don't see any results, so obviously he must be running some pretty intensive 2 year tests and I just thought I would add a few more test subjects.

Really I read/replied last night on my phone and didn't even notice the dates, my bad.
