2004 Yamaha 200 4 stroke stalls

I have a 2004 Yamaha 4 stroke 200hp that has run perfectly for four years. Last week it ran fine for about an hour. When I started the engine it stalled when I gave it gas and wouldn't start after that. I took it to a Yamaha mechanic. He changed the plugs and verified that there was no water in the gas. It fine four about an hour and then did the same thing.

I took it back and he checked/cleaned the grounds and batter connections. The boat is ready to be picked up, but I am skeptical that this fixed the problem.

Any one had anything similar happen to them?

Check your filters.
