2006 150hp Yamaha HPDI or 2006 Evinrude Direct Inject(not e-tec) 150 hp?

I'm new to the site, but thought it would be a great place to get some advice on a re-power I am looking to do. I have a 1986 Boston Whaler Outrage 18, w/a 1985 150hp Johnson. I am deciding between two non-current engines both are brand new, and are around the same price to have everything mounted and ready to go. Option 1) 2006 yamaha HPDI, Option 2) 2006 Evinrude Direct Injection (not E-Tec). Both are 150 hp. Any advice?

I think you will be happier with the Yamaha HPDI. They are bullet proof!

You might also want to look for a Yamaha F150, it should be a good match for your boat.
