Default Bleeding MC Alpha1 Gen2 Trim

Trying to bleed trim cylinders on a MC Alpha1 Gen2 drive. Have both lines on both cylinders loose but getting no fluid while running pump in both directions. Pump reservoir was never dry. Any suggestions?? TIA
