Raising a 15'' transom to 20''? Boston Whaler 1968

I've got a '68 whaler 13ft that has a '78 Johnson 2 stroke 30 on it. I've been looking at getting a new(or slightly used) outboard in the 25-40hp range that is remote(non-tiller) and would fit it but I have a problem, I dont think any manufacturers make a 15'' anymore. I think I saw a way to raise it 5'' but can not remember where and I thought this would be a good place to ask. Also any suggestions on rigging the new motor would be very helpful and any motors that would be good for this application. I'd like to keep the cable steering but would like to know the other alternatives. Any pictures or websites would be VERY helpful. Thank you all for your responses, Ben.

Check these folks out and get a manual Jackplate, should be able to get one for a few hundred. Easy fix if you get a 20" motor. I bought one from these folks and couldn't have been happier with it.

They still make 15's. I just bought a Merc 40, remote steer. If you do anything else on that bot its just a band aid. Converted the steering liker Jay A shows in his pic.
