Hydrasport 2500 CC with twin 150s vs. twin 250s

While I know it is somewhat an apples to corangers comparison, but how much different would the performance be with twin 150s?

Obviously, I am not looking for perfect numbers, just some general feedback.

I have a 25 vx which is heavier as it is a express and I have no problems planning and cruise @3800rpm about 28knts and have 150s
