Grab Rail Alternatives

Has anyone ever used a stainless steel finish “rust proof” grab rail made for showers on a boat? The look better built and a lot cheaper then the ones made and sold a marine stores like west marine, etc..

I heard that using a Home Depot grab rail on a boat was one of the requirements to join the red-neck yacht club. (saw it on a list posted right here on THT)
