Default delta sportfish 28

Does anybody have any information on delta sportfish 28's? Are the hulls solid? Deep V or modified? I am looking for a semi commercial boat to use for live rock aquaculture and need a boat with a strong hull. I also need a hardtop cabin with a lot of room in the stern. These boats seem to fit my needs, but I don't have a lot of information on them. Any information would be much appreciated.

They are a hell of a boat, the hull is like a rock. Deep vee entry and modified minimal vee at the stern. The older ones are stronger in my estimation. PM me if you like, I know a charter captain that just told me he was thinking about selling his. In rougher water, keep the bo down and she will plow thru anything comfortably.

I got to fish on one a few times. Pretty ugly but that wasn't your requirement. Pretty much what Shark said. Deltas are commercial boats built tough. The inside of a 28 has a good bit of room. I think it is big for a 28. Don't expect blistering performance but again, like Shark said, slow down and it will plow through some pretty nasty stuff and keep you dry in the process.
