Default Is this a good Boat Cover?

I'm looking at the Boat Covers Direct.com website. I need a servicable, easy-on, easy-off cover for my Grady White Hardtop. The boat covers are made of 8-oz performance Poly-Guard
5-yr Warranty
12 tie dodwn straps
Rope Ratchet
2 support poles

Is this brand a good value? Any testimonials on other brands? Thanks.
