Default New North Carolina Boat Towing Law

In a recent issue of Boat US Magazine November 2008 page 12 states that the General Assembly in a unprecedented move, overrode a gubernatorial veto of there Trailer Laws. The new law now allows towing of boat/trailer combinations up to 9 1/2-feet wide at anytime, day or night and up to 10 feet wide in daylight hours only. Check it out.

Yes, this issue dominated the Carolina section of THT for months. We had a massive... very massive, get out the word effort, much of it from THT, and several other sites.

There's more to it than that, should be checked out before one "assumes" anything about it...
