Default Storing Spray curtains on board CC

I have a three piece set of curtains/wings and normally don't use them. (Hate them on all the boat most of the time!)

However, sometimes the afternoon shore winds winds can get things rough and wet enough where I'd like to pull them out and use them for a long ride back in.

I'm thinking of storing them somehow in the head of the CC rather than in a compartment where the clear panels could be flattened or scratched.

Maybe rolled inside a long soft drawstring bag or inserted inside a section of large diameter tubing???

I guess others must have faced this similar situation and would much appreciate any thoughts or methods for handily and protectively storing curtains on board a CC.

The wings for my boat came with a drawstring bag for storage. I keep them in a under the gunnel rod box. I only use them in the winter and after 3 years they're still in like new condition.

I roll mine using a old bed sheet for protection on a "pool noodle toy float" to prevent them from being bent or flattened too tight.

Just leave them in the tracks and roll them up out of the way
