several of the new outboards like Etec's and HPDI's use mutliple fuel pumps that don't allow floscan systems to read correctly. the total fuel burned data will be correct but the gph or mpg will fluctate constantly

On efi systems they usally have a return fuel line. Tha fuel flow monitor needs to know how much fuel is returning to the tank to calculated how much was burned

Thats strange because i have 2004 5.7l crusaders with the same fuel system and my floscan 7000 series with the 20b sensors reads fine. I did have to replace the older style flow sensors because the damn enthanol destroyed the bellows in the sensor and it read way low and incosistent.

Be sure they are installed after a fuel filter or you might have problems. Did you have them before the replacement? If so there isn't much reason for them not to work. I have the 8.1l Crusader with return fuel flow so I have two sensors. I have have had a little trouble with it not working. I suspect that I got some trash in the sensor but it seems to be ok now. I have a 10 micron racor ahead of them.

It's possible that you have a riring problen with all the work around them. There is a test procedure in the manual that will test the indicator and sensors.
