Default Need a Forward Hatch for a 1999 Proline 241

A friend just purchased a "like new" 1999 Proline 241, but in now in need of a the forward hatch over the cuddy.

If anyone knows who make the original or where a replacement might be available, the information would be much appreciated.

The hatch is about 20 x 20 from what I understand.

Thanks,

Todd

Pompanette carries the full line of Bomar hatches and should be able to match up what you need.

For a used hatch try this place in Clearwater. Have'nt been there in a while but they I know they have a huge selection of new and used hatches. They buy surplus stuff from the boat builders.

If the hatch is around 20" square, you'll probably be looking for one that's listed as a 16.5" x 16.5" cutout. eBay has a guy selling a bunch of "new/old" stock. His asking price is $240 and he turned down an offer of $125 from me an hour ago.
A used one sold for $55 a few weeks ago; just before I learned that I needed one. The plastic used in the bomars doesn't take to any kind of glue that I know of. The hinge broke and Gorilla glue, contact cement, epoxy just shrug off of it....
