Great customer service x2!

Last year I put a new signal tone dual trumpet air horn on my boat. While pulling out of my marina yesterday I hit the horn button and no sound. After getting the multi-meter out it turned out to be a bad compressor motor. I called the manufacturer Fiamm today and they are sending me a new one no charge, no questions asked. It was nice to talk to a friendly person with a quick response!

I also ordered a Wema water tank sender today. That company was very good to deal with also! That's two for two today! I'm sure the next person I have to deal with is going to be great!

That's super, on forums like this people tend only to spout off about crappy service, bad products etc. It's great to hear the positive stories. I'm guilty.....of not posting good service stories and I have plenty. I also don't post negative stories as they are few and far between!!!!!!!!!
