2004 Mercury 150 efi problems

Hi, I have a 2004 Mercury 150 EFI. The motor has been great so far but now all of the sudden around 2000-3000 rpm it runs rough. It doesn't seem like it loses any speed but you can hear that it sounds like it's missing. Below those rpm's it runs no problem and above at wide open throttle it runs no problem nice and smooth. Once before I had to have one coil replaced as it went bad but that made it run under the wot rpm. I have tested all coils and they all seem good with ohm meter readings except one is just outside the resistance range the that manual tells me it should be. It's about 3000 ohms different than the rest of the coils. The only other problem I can think of it being would be the throttle postion sensor. Not sure but I think I need a Mercury DDT to check that. Any help would be great. Thanks
