Default 2004 sea pro 235cc

Hello Everyone,
I am looking at a 2004 sea-pro 235cc with twin 135 mercury opitmax's mounted to a armstrong bracket with less than 100 hrs. It has raymarine sl70rc chart w/radar,vhf, and taco grandslam outriggers. My question is what is everones thoughts on this boat and motors and what would be a good price for this boat?????
Thank you.
