I have had major issues with cracking in the tunnel of my 246 sf for the last 3 years.
repaired twice ,authorized by world cat ,only to break again. Has anyone had this problem ? If you had email me . How was it resolved ? Very upset with quality of boat .
cracks extend over 16 feet boat was at their facility first week of april , and still do not have it . same story 3 years running.
dannyscat. I don't own a World Cat but I read posts on here regularly and have never heard of the kind of issues you are having.
Can you please post some pictures of the damage.
I will never understand the members on this site. Because it is the op's first post, He will suffer the BS. Perhaps He has been dealing with this and just became fed-up and decided to post His dilema in hope that someone Here would offer some advice or first hand knowledge. All boats have problems and issues...ALL, and some more than others. Give Him a break and offer some help for a change. I do agree that pictures with a post like this would go a long way but unfortunately since the boat has been at the factory since April pictures may not be an option!.

I understand your point and I'm not giving him a hard time, but if this happened to my boat I would have pictures from day one and everytime after.
I have also only heard good things about World Cats customer service so I would like to know the correspondence between them. You can't just come on and say that the boat sucks and is cracked without some pictures and a history of what has happened with him and World Cat.

He joined the site today and he wants to come on here and bash a reputable boat company without any proof or credibility. Wake up he is obviously trolling.
You need to provide a little more information. Are you the original owner of the Boat or was it one of the several world cats that took major damage during the 2004/5 hurricane seasons? I have considerable experience with the WCs and have even rebuilt one that was destroyed on a sea wall during a hurricane. It’s running today after we repaired a 12’ gash it suffered when it was trapped and banged against a sea wall all night and by the way, it busted of the top lip of the concrete sea wall before it gave up the fight. Repairs were easily made with a glass man of average ability; therefore, I’m having trouble with your story and the inability of the factory to fix the problem.
My father-in-laws 320 has developed cracks along both sides where the hulls join the middle section....about 6 feet long each side. I have seen and felt these myself. It is my understanding that someone from World Cat is personally visiting the boat this week (it is in Florida). I will try to keep posted. I have no pictures but my father-in-law took many.
I guess the proper wording would be that the cracks are on both sides where the hullls curve to meet the mid section in the tunnel area above the water line.
Guys understand the skepticism, but give the guy a break. You all sounds like dealers and manufacturers. I personally was all jazzed last year when I found a 0527TE with 225Fs on it for a really good price on the gulf coast. Walked the second I saw the same cracks that yak mentioned above where the tunnel "joins" the sponsons. The owner admitted ran the boat extremely heavy 100-120 miles out to the floaters in the GOM after tuna and it was normally loaded with tons of ice and dive gear so that may have contributed. But I walked and haven't looked at another one because of it.
Hopefully he has pictures, I should have taken some of the one in Lafayette, but I have seen it personally as well.
