Default Boat cover for Bow Rider in a lift

I am tired of snapping my covers on my Bow Rider. I tend to take the boat out less because of this so a friend suggested a cover with a cord in the Hem to keep it tight and slip on and off easily.

As soon as I started googling I discover that there are at least 3 different grades of cover.

Since I am always on a lift and under cover, I don't need the top end cover do I? It's to keep out stuff in the air, leaves, pollon, hard blowing rain ,and just to keep me from having to clean the boat each time I take it out - any advice?

I want to get off cheap - Thanks

Default RE: Boat cover for Bow Rider in a lift

I would get a semi-custom carver cover...just put what boat you have in one of the websites that sales them and they will recommend one their pre-fab covers. For a 20ft boat they will be only 250-350 bucks, depending on the fabric. I have had both their cheapest cover and their top of the line. The only problem I had with the cheaper cover was when it rained alot the cover would leave blue marks on the fiberglass, it came off easy but was still a pain. If you got their cheaper cover in gray that might eliminate that problem. I had this cover for two years and it had no holes in it after two years of use. I just got their top of line custom cover with my new boat I just bought and it has been fine as well.
