My luck they will move in an hour

25 pax on a 36' pontoon boat. My guess is that it was at or near capacity, got hit by a microburst, people moved to one side of the boat, the leeward side from the wind & rain, throwing it way out of balance & unstable, even for a multihull, & over she went. I get this behavior often on my 32 with non boaty people who do not understand balance. A little spray is coming over because of wind & course I have to be on, they move to leeward side. Boat rocks & rolls even more & they wonder why? I've been hit by a microburst on the leading edge of a thunderstorm too. A very dangerous & scary thing, often confused with being a tornado.
