intrepid 339 vs intrepid 356

anyone out there got some pros and cons on both boats. the 339 has 250 hpdi's(with upgrades) the 356 has ox66 250's. i trailer my boat some times so 10'6" vs 10' beam i know, but ride, fish boxes, drift, anchor, troll, etc. any info would help.
