Default Filling holes??

I have an older Aluminum runabout. I relocated a trolling motor bracket and removed an old swim ladder from the transom. Some holes a 3/8 inch thru holes, some are smaller blind holes. What should I do to fill them, other than 5200?

If you can get your hands on some PC 7 epoxy, it works great. If you were to use this product, well the epoxy up on both sides of the hole like rivet heads.

If the boat is not painted, have them TIG welded up. That's the no BS way to do it.
