what do yall use oem or sierra and what # does the F255 Yamaha take

I use napa gold Yamaha motorcycle filters on my F115. They are exactly the same as the outboard filters at a fraction of the cost. Its a 2001 motor I've had since new and have had no problems. Numbers on your motor I cannot help you with. Cheers G

Thanx OEM looks to be 22.00 ea what oil are you using Yamaha or just a synthetic

We use Sierra. I believe it is 18-7844. The price is in the area of $10.
