Default Deck options

I have a Sea Hunt Victory 225, One thing I would like to change it the color of the deck surface. The problem is, there is so much white to reflect sunlight that my eyes hurt at the end of a long fishing day. The other issue is keeping it clean. I'm OCD when it comes to my boat, and quite frankly, the non skid is hard to keep clean even when using Woody Wax.

I'm looking for some options and maybe someone here has another idea other than the 2 I've come up with. The first option is painting the deck a light shade of grey to tone it down. It should be easier to clean and be more resistant to stains. The other option is Sea Dek. Has anyone used this product? One of the benefits, other than toning the white down, is that it provides some cushion. I use jigs that have glass eyes trolling for stripers and they break easily when a fish slings the jig around. The Sea dek option should help with that and be a little eaiser on my feet when fishing all day.

There are a number of manufacturers producing a synthetic teak alternative. Trade names are Sea Teak, PlasDeck and several others. These are usually installed by professional installers rather than DIY. They look and feel like teak without the upkeep.

Have it sprayed with Rhino liner or something like that.

Some folks have had truck bed liner sprayed in their boats. Usually not on a "nice" boat, though.

I looked at the synthetic teak, I am a fan of the look, but I think it will be out of place on my boat. Bed liner really isn't an option due to cost. I contacted Sea Dek and they are sending me some samples. I was hoping someone here has used it and can provide a real world experience with it.
