Default MARINA SUGGESTION IN JERSEY CITY AREA

I am looking for a Marina in the Jersey City or New York area ( I assume Jersey City would be less expensive). I will be laving the boat for about 4 days. I am looking for a secure Marina with reasonable transient rates.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

LIberty Landing---State Park--is your best bet.Its sheltered from the wakes of ships and tugs. Also easy ferry service to New York. Safe Trip

Thanks, we were thinking of them but were hoping to avoid 4 dollars per foot

I dock at Liberty, safe there, very calm marina compared to the rest of the ones in Jersey City area. Pricey yes but safe and secure.

There aren't a lot of choices in the harbor. On the New York City side, for transients with small boats (less than 100'), you are limited to North Cove, in the financial center, which is $6.00 ft plus $15 for electric or Marine Max Pier 59 in Chelsea Piers, which last year was $5.00 ft plus $10 for electric. North Cove has only a handful of transients, so you may want to call ahead; other than holidays, especially Fourth of July, Marine Max usually has transients available.

Thanks, already tied up at Liberty Landing for less than $3 per foot per night
