need help finding a cooler tray or a 72 qt cooler that fits under a leaning post. Todd, the company who manufactures them has discontinued them. I flyfish and would rather not use the tie down variety. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure I understand the question but I have a 72 quart igloo baiters box that fits under my leaning post. I have a mini style leaning post so I would think the baiters box would fit under most leaning posts.

the tray is what the cooler sits in under the leaning post. it has cut outs on the side to accomodate the pedastles.

Are these what your looking for? Igloo makes the cooler and West Marine, or most marine stores, has the mounts.

Thanks, but no. Its a tray that fits between the posts that the 72qtcooler lays in. Boatersworld used to sell them but they are discontinued. I'd use the tie down kit, but its just another thing my flyline can get caught in.
I already have the cooler.

You can't see the base here, but there is no tray under my 72 qt cooler. Heavy-duty bungees attach to the legs of the leaning post and surround the cooler. In fact, the 72 qt Igloo has grooves molded into the cooler sides just for this purpose.



Keeps the floor under the leaning post perfectly flat, there is nothing to trip over, and nothing to catch water or gunk.
