Default Trailer considerations for inboards

I am new to trailering boats. Are there any major considerations for trailering an inboard boat (specifically a northcoast 24) than an outboard or I/O boat?

Thanks,
Andy

I trailer a 24 Topaz - you have to get a trailer made for inboards and can't use one made for outboards. The axle is more forward under the engine. No big deal and no different to me than towing an outboard if the trailer is set up properly. I drive my boat on the trailer same as I did my previous outboard boat.

Thanks for the reply Michael. That is exactly what I needed to know.

We used to have a trailer a 24' North Coast. It is failry heavy (6700 lbs?), so you will need a 7,500 lb+ capacity. I like the aluminum I-beam bunk trailers with keel rollers. Because of the twin's, it may require a custom set-up and will take a while to get it set up right so that the bunks avoid the shafts and props.
