Default Anyone ever seen this dripless rudder seal

I'd like to repair this inboard rudder dripless seal (it drips) but don't know the manuafacturer. Anyone have a clue who makes it? Yeah, it's ugly but the boat is 33 years old and a simple acid wash will pretty it right up. Stbd side doesn't leak, just the port.
