Default Great Lakes Boat Tops?

Has anyone had any canvas work done by Great Lakes Boat Tops? They sell a Console and RPS cover for the Montauk 170 and are considerably cheaper than Mills. I'm just wondering what the fit and quality is like?

They are the OEM supplier for Grady, and I believe BW now, along with many other makes. I've been happy with the canvas.

Good CS as well.

They also do most of the Sea Ray enclosures. They do good quality work. Not custom, not overly well made or reenforced, but always a good value. They also are nice. one thing to think about though- The covers come with a bag of fasteners so you'll either have to get a snap tool or have a local canvas shop do the install for you. not a big deal but call now- my industry is busy ...very busy.

I have a bimini from them on my Whaler and it has held up well for 8+ years.

Glad to hear you are busy. I think that busy may be a regional thing. Around here wet slip reservations are filled with ghost ships and rack storage is going better because of people limiting use of their boats they can not offload due to extremely slow used market. Our canvas shops are dying on the vine. Along with other supporting industry services.
