Wellcraft Owners- question about 2006 Wellcraft 252 Coastal

A friend has an offer in on a 2006 252. Looks like a good deal and a good fit for the guy, just looking for opinions from other owners. Here's the specs:

Purchased Brand New September 2007! Alaska pack top with Yamaha 250 engine. Includes Scotty Electric Downriggers Crabpot Puller, Raymarine C-80 with Fishfinder, Radar, and Autopilot. VHF Radio, Three Batteries with shore power and charger connection. Large Built in Kodiak Bait Tank. Includes New DHM Tandem Axle Trailer with Disc Brakes. Less than 50 Hours on Boat and Engine.

Yeah, I saw the listing for that boat. It seems to be equipped right, even has a vacu-flush head.

Asking price is a little high, but since EVERYTHING is negotiable, tell your friend to make an offer.
