Battery chargers

Between the two which charger would you say was the best

The thee bank
promariner 20 amp or the Minn Kota 15 three bank charger. The Promariner says
it moves the amps around to the batterys needs, does the Minn Kota do the same.
I heard some chargers say 5/5/5 and 5 amps is the most you can put into one battery. I could live with 20 or 15 amps because I have more time than money to charge batterys back up.
