Best 21-23 CC for Hawaii

I build custom powerboats on the westcoast. My old man retired a few years ago to Kona, HI. He had a 26 outrage whaler but sold it due to being too big from him and his wife to use comfortably.

Im trying to shy him away from the 230 outrage and into something more comfortable like a 21-23 Contender, Pursuit etc.
We mainly troll for mahi and smaller fish, i sometimes fly fish out for mahi and ono. Not really into billfish trolling.

For the typical water around Kona, a Parker 23 would be ideal. Its lower deadrise makes it stable and easier on fuel. Parkers are well respected in Hawaii, so resale is decent.

Pacific Skiffs, 23 ' c/c would be the Ideal rig as you describe in the pacific ocean no less, no maintainence to speak of ,great on fuel economy,looks cool too
