Sailfish 170CC - deal or no deal?

Found a used 2002 Sailfish 170cc with a Yam 90 (2 stroke) with 200 hrs. Dealer wants $9k for the boat with a trailer.

While a 2002, boat was not sold until 2003. Boat was dealer serviced by the dealer selling it (they showed me service receipts and original invoice), only had one owner, was not kept in the water. Boat looked in good shape except some of the cushions areweathered.

Dealer showed me the NADA for this boat witha 90 HP upgrade(NADA only had boat with a 60 HP), a bimini top, fish finder and trailer; low retail is $9,160 and Avg. retail is $10,405.

Boatwould be used by my 13 yr. old son forwater sports and fishingaround the bays.

Any thoughts on Sailfish as aboat and about the price would be appreciated.
