Well guys I am now down over 130 pounds and thanks all that had questions of about the diet and I know of at least one guy that has followed up and has lost over 60 pounds in the last three months. Anyone else that has tried it successfully let me know it makes me proud to have helped other people.

Places in Marathon...

Burdines Waterfront - funky marina/bar/restaurant on the south side by Boot Key.
Keys Fisheries - Fish market/restaurant/Bar on the north side. Amazing view. Great fresh seafood - no amenities, paper plates
Island Tiki Bar - no boat access (shallow water) but good food and a great view.

I used to enjoy the Sands in Pompano Beach. Tables right on the dock and a lot of boat traffic. Good peel em and eat em shrimp.
