That being said . . .
Hands down, without a doubt, world champion is THE PROP STOP outside of New Orleans, LA. It is BUCK (let me repeat that BUCK) WILD! All kind of boats and women everywhere, some with clothes.
I can't go into any more detail or I could be in trouble!

I do most of my fishing out of Biloxi. All of my family is from Jacksonville and Pensacola, so I do a ton of boating in those areas also. My friend just moved his boat to the bahia mar and he has been loading up on fish in that area.
Woody's by boat would put you up on the rocks! Plus the owner is a grumpy ol' salt! Great location though. They closed the Sloppy Pelican (Ferg's) next door and that had the dock.

I always used Ferg's dock and walked down the sea wall.
