 possible boat partner se fl
I currently trailer a 23' 1989 wa to Fl from MI each yr and use it for 5-6 wks for fishing and cruising. Usually rent a house in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Looking for possible partner to either share in this boat or that has a boat slip with his house or condo to enter into some kind of sharing arrangement. I may also be interested in selling my boat and getting something a little larger 26'-28' in an older boat . Have been boating for years up north and in FL and usually buy an older sound boat made by a good man. and rehab as necessary. I do most of work myself including maintenance to keep costs down and also enjoy working on boats. This has worked well but would like to eliminate long distance trailering while still keeping expenses reasonable. Used to race boats and have entered into successful arrangements before but also aware of the many possible pitfalls as should anyone considering this. Am looking for someone with fairly extensive boating exp that is reliable, responsible, financially stable and who is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
