Default Mounting holes

Does anyone know if twin 2003 150 HPDI's will mount in the same holes as my 1996 Mercury carbed outboards?
Thanks,
Jim

Yes, they will. Large outboard mounting holes were standardized over 20 years ago.

Just a bit of trivia, today's industry standard mounting hole pattern and size as was designed by OMC for the 1960 Johnson-Evinrude 75hp V-4 transom brackets.
