Default 250 yamaha four stroke pricing

Anyone have an accurate cost of a new 250 four stroke? I'm seeing prices online ranging anywhere from $16,000 to $ 22,000. Thanks

That is abour right, I paid $14K for a new F200 with controls and installation.

Seems like I checked on a 225 and it was around 2K more for the 225, my boat is rated for 235 and the F200 was the end of what I could get the ADMIRAL to agree with

Controls and install will be 3k.. You can find a deal on a left over, the only difference between 2005 and 2008 is command link compatible, which I believe is 2006 and onwards, otherwise not a single update.. They got the engine right from the start. I paid 12.5 for a left over last summer..

One of our locals was advertising "non-current" 225's for $12,995. Motor only.

thx for the responses. Will I need new controls if going from a 250 HPDI to the four stroke?

What's the story with the 250 HPDI? Is it worn out or are you replacing for other reasons?

No problems that I am aware of .....just bought the boat used and got a great deal, so I am considering taking the 2003 HPDI off and adding a new four stroke.

I am interested in the HPDI if you are selling it. I would not need the controls. Let me know. Thanks.
