Default Wesco trailers - great service

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a Wesco tandem trailer with LED rear lights. The last time I was pulling the boat home I had a buddy following me who said it looked like 1/2 the light bulbs in the right light were out. I figured I was going to replace the bulbs myself, but when I took the light off the trailer it turns out to be a sealed unit - except I could see water in the housing.
Called Wesco this morning, and spoke to Jeremy in parts and warranty. He took all my information including trailer serial #, and said he was mailing out a replacement unit today. I had expected to and was prepared to buy a replacement since the trailer is 1.5 year old, although it is a 2007 model year trailer. But, Jeremy said to just ship the defective one back in the same box. No charge!

Great service Wesco!

I second that. They are across town from me. On occasion I have needed replacement items for trailers and it has always been great service.

I put an electric cable winch on my trailer, but the cable kinked and bound so I wanted to be able to have the manual winch as a backup.

Terry at Wesco made a custom post for me, so I could mount both the electric and manual winches, even galvanized it - $65.

When I switched to a strap electric it was so reliable I took the manual winch off and made a step out of the extra base.

When I got home this afternoon the replacement light was waiting by the door. Great customer service to overnight it during the holiday rush season.

Jeff, nick work there. I have been trying to figure out a good way to add a step on my winch stand.
