The email address to Kate should be good though. Boomer, I am afraid you are right. I think this is nothing but another ploy to get rid of recreational fishing so the Commercial guys can continue to rape the oceans. NMFS is nothing but a Lobby for the Commercial fishing Industry, along with the bunch of WHORES called the Gulf & South Atlantic Council. It is crazy to think that the boating industry is in such a decline with fuel prices, everyone pinching pennies to survive, & NMFS refers to it as a RAPIDLY increasing fishery. Yeah right.
